MAPA is the proud owner of three buildings on Main Street in the heart of historic Wailuku town. The buildings will house MAPA’s Main Street Arts Project, a comprehensive performing arts campus serving people of all ages, from keiki to kupuna. As an anchor for the new Wailuku Arts District, the Main Street Arts Project will include a state-of-the-art black box theatre, rehearsal studios, classrooms, and production support spaces.

2050 Main Street (also known as the Main Street Promenade) houses MAPA’s administrative office and new dance and drama classrooms.

2027 Main Street, also known as MAPA Main, houses rehearsal studios and a scenery/costume warehouse.

2020 Main Street serves as secondary storage space for our large collection of scenery and props.
